Many of the Main Hall seats will be removed for this concert. Bring a cushion or yoga mat, relax and let the music wash over you!
Please note: The concert on 1 December does not have reserved seating. Two categories of tickets are available: sitting on the floor (‘Standaard, Entrée’) and on chairs around the floor (‘Stoel’). There are limited numbers of these ‘stoel’ tickets.

Barbara Hannigan, a soprano who can sing anything, has in recent years developed into a leading conductor with unique programming ideas. On an atmospheric Late Night concert, the versatile Hannigan leads us through various stages of innocence, loss, mourning and reflection.
You can expect a spiritual musical journey in collaboration with Pierre Audi, the Concertgebouw Orchestra’s creative partner, featuring Richard Strauss’s achingly beautiful Metamorphosen, the near-otherworldly ritual music of Claude Vivier and a leading role for the soprano and harpist Aphrodite Patoulidou.
